All shirts are American Apparel brand which is very high-quality and way comfortable ("Kicking" is Fruit of the Loom, but that's still a good brand).
Women's sizes are about 1.5 sizes below men's on average. Women's sizes also have a slightly different "cut" than men's, but the difference is pretty minor. See men's sizing chart here.
